Whether functional limitations are caused by health problems, old age, or an existing disability, it can be frustrating for anyone to have to face their daily challenges without the proper help. At Citizens Healthcare Services LLC, we offer Medicaid-eligible participants with PHC or Primary Home Care which involves non-technical but medically-related personal care services.
PHC can be managed by the State of Texas, or participants can choose to find their own providers via CDS or Consumer Directed Services. Under this program, the adult children or certain family members can become paid caregivers.
